For quality & freshness, orders over 3 varieties will be delivered or picked up as fresh frozen, aligning with our production flow.

Our tempe is made to order on a weekly schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

These tempe orders will be ready approximately 7-8 days after processing begins.

Each bag of unpasteurised biodynamic soy tempe is freshly made to order.

Suppose you cannot pick up or receive your tempe immediately after the fermentation process is complete. In that case, it will be frozen within 48 hours to maintain its freshness until pick-up or delivery.

With its firm, chewy texture, tempe can be cooked in many ways and enjoyed across a wide range of dishes. It’s a high-quality fermented plant-based protein that’s affordable and easy to prepare.

• Delicious & versatile, tempe shines in curries, stir-fries, barbie, skewers, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, salads, & more!
• Steam or simmer in boiling water for 5 minutes before cooking.
• Marinate in your favourite sauce for a tastier tempe (Check out our socials for some easy tempe recipes)

• Keep frozen for up to 6 months. If received unfrozen, freeze immediately.
• Once thawed, store in the fridge below 4°C for up to 5 days.
• Grey/black spots or slight colour changes are normal culture sporulation and don't indicate spoilage.
